Randal Doaty began his real estate career in 1988 and now offers more than thirty years of real estate expertise to his Legacy Real Estate Associates staff and valued clients. Doaty previously built and operated his own independent real estate companies in southeastern Pennsylvania, as well as worked under the Re/Max real estate franchise brand for nearly a decade. He is familiar with almost every aspect of the residential and commercial real estate industry.
Throughout his real estate career, Doaty has been recognized as a sales training innovator. In addition to his own extensive sales production achievements, Randy has taken a keen interest in developing the next generation of real estate professionals. His unique sales training curricula and momentum generating systems have been the foundation for many successful real estate professionals. He is also a licensed real estate instructor in Pennsylvania.
Doaty is probably best known for a quote he has shared with almost every real estate professional he has ever taught – “Real estate is a problem-solving business!” The problematic nature of many real estate transactions is a major reason for the high failure rate of those just entering this business. Doaty is also a former Chief of Police and licensed private investigator, so his prior career skill sets have uniquely prepared him to face transactional challenges and to teach his sales trainees to do the same.

Randy’s groundbreaking advertising and marketing innovations propelled his companies to become market-dominating sales forces. Although the real estate business changed drastically in recent years, Doaty continues to work on cutting edge systems to benefit both his sales associates and customers.
